You represent and warrant that all information provided in your application, including your portfolio, social media statistics, and personal details, is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update us if any significant changes occur to your professional status or representation.
4. Content Usage
By uploading photos, videos, or other media ("User Content"), you grant Fuxion Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content internally for the purpose of evaluating your suitability for projects and presenting your profile to potential brand partners. We will not publicly publish your contact details without your consent.
5. Professional Conduct
If selected for a campaign or event through Fuxion, you agree to conduct yourself with the highest level of professionalism. Cancellations, no-shows, or unprofessional behavior may result in immediate removal from our network.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fuxion is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Talent Network or any opportunities facilitated through it.
